This sound is hitting that primal panic instinct

I choked back in April and I distinctly making a sound that was not human. I couldn’t explain it to anybody, and the sound was haunting because it was unlike anything I’d ever heard. So primal. So desperate. This was that sound, but much louder. Much more painful to my ears and to my body. Like trying to take in huge gasps of air and being met with this noise and resistance. It was nothing short of terrifying, until the calmness of death setting in took over. I truly thank God that it was not my last day on earth.

Hearing this now give a me some weird validation and closure. It’s extremely difficult to listen to but also takes me one step closure to being healed. I know this is a medical site but thank you anyway for posting this! I’m sure the more educated people are on what this sound is, the more lives that can be saved.
