Yrs ago in the 70's I had a pattern like this (maybe not so wide legged) I made mine w/very thin cotton blend 4 a beach bottom living the life in FL beaches. I may still have it in some box I've been need 2 check or follow your style thx/brought back good memories :) :)

This os amazingly beautiful! I find myself wondering how fabric like linen or silk would work, or even wool for fall/wi ter. Not to mention you could cary the wool one rolled up to use as a blanket/shawl/ground cover! So many ideas, I wish I had the funds to make all the garments you inspire! This is really cute & I can see the issue with the bathroom. It would surely not be my choice to wear to a baseball game for a host of reasons but the 1st tie would secure it from falling to the floor. When you untie the 2nd tie gather the fabric to hold or put over your shoulder. I would think this would be worn places the you would wear a long dress or skirt & they can also be an issue at times. Anyway I think it’s a keeper!!!❤❤❤
