Taskbar Not Hiding in Full Screen Mode in Windows 10

This issue can be very annoying when you want to put an application in full screen mode like when you are watching a movie or on youtube and the windows taskbar is not hiding.

To fix this issue open up task manager and highlight the windows explorer process then click on restart.

Tysm! I've been so mad about the Taskbar always covering something like funny captions. Or when I am watching a video that says the funny things that people say at the bottom of the screen, I could never see it. Ty for fixing this!
