I like my taskbar always being visible without doing the auto hide. The problem is when I'm running something that's in full screen mode and the taskbar won't go away. That's the problem

thats exactly what im trying to get rid of. it does in in certain games that i play. i'd rather use windows 10

thanks but when i play games my mouse doesn't lock in place it moves so when i drag my mouse where is task bar and im on full screen it stills shows up

Bro the taskbar is gone but the above bar of the three buttons of minimize, close etc.
How to Remove that ???
