Your videos are awesome! I'm looking into making a career change myself. I am currently working at a steelmill and am a licensed home inspector. Is there an order that you have to follow in becoming an independent adjuster? I've seen you make comments about being a desk adjuster first before being a field adjuster.

Hey Daniel, so you said in this video that topically firms send direct deposit on the 15th and 30th of each month. With the 40 % percent fee they take out, is it split between both pay periods. 20 % on the 15th and the other 20% on the 30th? Or is it 40% each pay period.?
