in Peru, the micro-enterpreneurs revenue income tax is 1% or 1.5% depending of the amount of income . It is an special kind of tax for small companies. "Sierra y Selva Exportadora", a program focus on exportation of agricultural products located in the highlands or jungle. This program is helped by INIA Instituto Nacional de Innovación Agraria, supporting with the technology and seeds for an specific kind of agro-exportation. Sucessful cases are ginger, red onion, table grapes, garlic, etc. Peru is actually the best country in Latin America for enterpreneurs is some areas as agriculture, cattle, poultry, etc for exportation.

A lot of places that get talked up don't mention disability access and accommodation. Not unusual; most people have all their limbs and faculties, but frustrating for we who have had such things happen. It's a serious barrier preventing relocation out of the First World.
