For San Marino, we must take into account that being part of UEFA usually means that its opponents are wayyyy stronger than them so of course they lose every match being mostly an amateur national team...if they played agains other micronations such as those in the Pacific or the caribbean i think they would manage to win more matches.

Tl, dr: I genuinely doubt that Anguilla has a stronger national team than San Marino, it's just that San Marino is unlucky being part of UEFA
