I think southern Illinois won't work out. Seattle on the other hand ... She has the ressources there, she has backup by board members and I'm sure they can come up with another stunt à la going to Canada for the abortions with the mobile clinic to influence Addison back to the hospital. Also, Addison would be a good story vehicle to lure Jo back to the OR on various occasions, as Jo is in OB residency AND already a board certified surgeon - similar to Addison. A resource, that I can imagine to be interesting for Addison if she wants to improve women's care. Giving her that much screen time this and the last season feels like a test balloon to get Addi back on board and it looks like the fans like it!

This scene features two women patting themselves on the back as “heros” for helping mothers murder their unborn children.
Modern day entertainment is dead. They would rather push a narrative than entertain their audience with quality shows.

Listen I hate this episode. It's basically says that all of us pro-life people don't get it. In this case, the child was not going to live and the mother's life was in jeopardy then yes save the mother if that is what she choices. All we want is babies to be able to be born. If the baby is dead already we don't expect a woman to risk her own life by carrying it.
