When Dr. Bailey was speaking about O'Malley in the sense of him being her son after his death was so heartbreaking. Amazing performance

I was hugely impressed by the episode when Bailey had a heart attack at a different hospital. Their cardio guy didn’t know his stuff when it came to the signs of a woman having a heart attack. She set him straight and, in the process, gave a great PSA on the signs of heart attacks in females. Excellent episode!

3) Her PTSD after the shooter (her fear and memories of that horrific time, show that anyone can become triggered/ mentally unstable, and so leads me to my last two important reasons why I love her--)

While the show is named for Meredith Grey, Dr. Miranda Bailey was, is and always will be the heart of the show. She's tough because she wants those she's in charge of to be the best they can be. Call me biased, but Bailey is the best of the best and Chandra Wilson plays her to utter perfection.
