Bro when i keep an item with mending in chest then go to take it after days i find it's durability is half or less(i put it in the chest full durability)

Can you repair tools with bottles of enchanting as well?

You don’t need to switch villagers. Just pick up the lectern and put it back down. The villager will reset.

If you dig a hole, put a stick piston in it facing up, put and lectern on top of that and then put a button on the block next to it, the villager will connect with the lectern and you just need to push the button to disconnect and reconnect the villager.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM until you get the mending book. Once you trade it is set and they can not be reset.

Do you have to hold armor pieces to mend them?

is there a way to get xp and durability for example if you use a sword to kill a mob the xp will turn into durability for the sword but can we have both xp and durability
