Back in 2011, I was following a bodybuilding program by Jim Stoppani focused entirely on arms. One move that stuck with me was the Behind the Neck Cable Curl—it gave an insane bicep contraction.

Fast forward 13 years, and now while exploring different curls on rings, I’m reliving that same sensation, only this time it’s with rings. The peak contraction feels just like those old bodybuilding days.

First version works short head of biceps to its end range of motion as well as long head of biceps and brachialis to a lesser extent, but second option squeezes brachialis and long head of biceps to their full contraction. That's why it feels deeper.

I’ve actually been doing this instead of the pronated curl as part of the pull day exercise. Also considering switching the sitting L sit to a hanging L sit and doing sitting L sit during push day support hold

Tried top one but not bottom. Looks like bottom works more than jus Biceps, maybe the shoulders and top back too?

No, there are far better way to stimulate bicep growth. I'd rather use my time efficiently in the gym.
