if you are really thorough, sometimes jacking the front, back and opposite side to a drain hole, you can drain another little bit ..maybe 150-200 ml. model dependent ofcourse

My 90’ civic got 20k mile fluid changes for its whole life and was working perfect when I pulled it at 266k

I change the transmission fluid every 25k in my 2011 honda accord coupe with the vtec engine . I use valvoline synthetic transmission fluid dexron 6 .
At 160 k it's runs and shifts great .
