Bedsores are injuries to the skin and the tissue below the skin that are due to pressure on the skin for a long time. Bedsores most often arise on skin that covers bony areas of the body, such as the heels, ankles, hips and tailbone. Bedsores also are called pressure ulcers, pressure injuries and decubitus ulcers.

So when I was around 8, I was on the playground playing Freeze Tag during Recess. These two metal poles were base, any runners who were close enough to the poles were immune. So, I was running to a pole, looking behind me to see if there were any taggers behind me. When I looked back.. (BAM!) My face SLAMMED into the pole, and I could feel blood filling my mouth while fragments of my teeth (Two teeth were chipped) swirl around in it. I rushed into the office where they called my brother up while giving me a bunch of paper towels. I kept on saying "I don't want to die" while my brother comforted me. I ended up not going to school for around 5 weeks, and I wasn't able to eat solid food for 2. My gum was pulled back, and it still occasionally bleeds, plus those two teeth are more sensitive. The end! (I still have the injury, waiting for surgery to get rid of it)

It’s not necessarily, how long you feel the pain, it’s how long it takes for your body to fully recover from the injury, so while you may not feel pain for 12/16 days, it’s still healing underneath the skin barrier

STORY TIME✨/there is blood in this story ⚠
So when I was 7 I was holding the medal door in the garbage because my parents were bringing Target bags in the apartment and when I was still holding the door I ACCIDENTALLY put my right hand pink finger in the crack of the door and I ACTUALLY shut the door an my finger was stuck I was in so much pain when I screamed my dad heard me an ran as fast as he could to unlock the door for me to take my finger out and when I looked at my finger it was HALF WAY OFF BLEEDING NONE STOP my dad told my mom to bring me to the hospital and he stayed home with my siblings while me and my mom went to the hospital I had napkins over my finger I felt like if was going to fall off when we got to the hospital WE HAD TO WAIT 6 HOURS TO BE CALLED INTO A ROOM when they checked my finger I wasn't broken I just needed to put like bandages around it and after 5 days take that off with the cutter they gave me an I couldn't have my hand in the water when taking a bath so I couldn't take showers after a few days pass I have to get my bandage taken off it took them 11 HOURS TO GET IT OFF because it hurt a bunch and I kept moving around after they got it off I had to get stitches on the finger and I was able to put it back in water and do everything else! THE END✨🤍

Honestly, the paper cuts hurt man. Never had an ingrown toenail, glad about that. I’ve had many bedsores, I’ll sleep on my neck wrong and the next morning I’ll be cracking it 24/7 that day. I cannot feel bee stings, so idk… love watching ur vids Luke❤

When I was at pattaya I went to a water park and I got burned under my arm pits it hurt so bad when I showered I even cried and it lasted for 3 days

Listen to me sunburn does not need 22 hours to heal. It means like one week three days trust me I got sunburned myself and it was not nice at all I was like a roasted chicken

ive had some of those things happen to me, mostly getting a paper cut i believe. like, once or twice a year i end up getting a paper cut. once my friend and i were doing some science paper work, and i was holding the edge of the paper, and my friend like just yanked it out of my hand, giving me a mediocre sized paper cut. i got pretty upset at that and i hurt, but i forgave him for it. it eventually healed completely and i was glad. once i witnessed my older brother getting stun by a bee when i was very very young, and ever since then i was afraid i was gonna get stun by one too. so i tried to stay as far away from bees as i possibly could. once i was talking to a friend from my childhood, and i didn't feel or notice a bee on my shoe. my friend alerted me and i looked down at my shoes to find a little bee on one. i jumped slightly, making it fly away. it didn't even bother me with its stinger and it wasn't angry, which surprised me. the only bee i actually like and im used to being around is the bumble bee. bumble bees don't sting people often, and are normally passive fuzzy creatures, and i like those kinds of bees who have that personality. I absolutly have stepped on broken glass as a little girl and i was in my grandmas house at the time in the bathroom. i had stepped on broken glass that day, and believe me, it was not fun. my baddest wound i have ever gotten in my life was not on there and it should be put in there. once, i was visiting my nana at her house, running around, then my brother shoved me into a wooden shoe rack, and there was a broken piece. i hit that broken part, and i had a bad wound on my back which i think was just below the ribcage. there was a lot of blood and i went home with my brother and my dad. i hated those injuries ive gotten over the years and it could happen again when i least suspect it.
