The effort you made while having occupied with your family is great. Love to see more of this vlog type of video every once in a while. Big fan from the Philippines! Keep it up!

Thanks for the video, Chris. My wife and I just did a 1600 mile road trip from the SF Bay Area to Eastern Washington. My first in my MS 100D with FSD capability (waiting for beta). You are spot on about the stress. I dropped my speed and enjoyed the scenery. With the reduced speed, we could drive for four hours. That was longer than we could go without a break.

Hello Chirs "Mr. Dirty" Tesla, your kids are ridiculously cute. Right before the pandemic, we took our kids on a road trip and was stuck in palm springs because of the shutdown. That time was stressful, but really rememberable having the family together on the road trip with our X. Best wishes and i enjoy your content, thank you for doing it!

New possible feature
While charging…
Have the ability to run the ‘vibrating lane departure warning’ while charging. It would help the kids think you’re still driving an keep them sleeping.

I totally remember road trips with kids this age and just how much extra stuff you need to bring. Enjoy this time and know it gets easier as they grow up!

High cute factor on this video with the kids. I've been there myself on those trips - enjoy while you
Just watched the last bit - sorry about the food poisoning, at least the family was ok I hope.

“Are you recording again?!“ Hey, when you are married to a famous celebrity, you have to make these sacrifices. 😍

Chris, I appreciate your videos very much. I have a 2018 M3 LR with FSD Beta. I added FSD afterward, so can't sell it with the car or even transfer it! Aaaarrrggg! I live in east central MS and have traveled to each corner of the country more than once since the day I took delivery. Many fewer SC and no V3 at that time & with properly planning have only felt as if I needed to wait for a charge 2 or 3 times in almost 75K miles. No kids, but I do have age working against me (74) so bathroom stops are more frequent, but select SC for that. I also let the charge go down to about 20% @ the 1st charge so a 2 hr drive only requires charging to about 60-65%. Very fast charging in that range!
I also travel with a small 12V compressor style fridge & it has never seemed to have a noticeable effect on my range. The biggest challenge for me is heading west on I-20 through west Texas with an 80 MPH speed limit and a 50 MPH headwind! Really have to watch your range there, but never was without a SC where I needed one. Another area I had to watch range was an unexpected September snow storm heading S on I-5 from Oregon through the mountains. Slush on the road really ate up the juice! I love my car & hope to either keep it for possible robo-taxi or trade it in sometime next year for a MY. Love Tesla!

For me I’m still not used to autopilot. More specifically the sudden phantom braking so I feel more stressed than if I was driving myself. That and the sudden LOUD beep beep beep that scares the sh*t out of me

Glad to se you making other types of videos like road trips rather than just your FSD videos

With our Model X we use a tow hitch cargo shelf when we need more room or if we have cargo we don't want in the cabin.

This is a slept on video honestly. Makes me much more comfortable to take a trip in my MY LR. Good job Chris, and yes MRS Dirty Tesla he is filming the nonsense that is what the viewers want, an honest vlog of what happens. Even the eating wendys lol

This is the most authentic road trip experience with an EV, wife, kids and vomit! Thanks for uploading!

The audio cut out for me at 35:46 or so.
