Strange object seen in Arizona sky

Martin Zeigler captured this video of a strange object, later identified as a weather balloon, in the Arizona sky Tuesday night.

It was a weather balloon. It was very large however my family brought out the telescope and we took a look. It looked transparent which would make sense for a weather balloon. It was super big but it could just be a bit bigger than normal. Definitely caught my eye while we were driving though. We even got a few pictures... although it was so high they arent very good quality.

I saw it from Flagstaff! It was bright white and later bright orange!

I seen that same thing in New Mexico today I couldn’t get a picture because I was driving but it sure had my attention

I saw this, I assumed it was the rising star. I saw it later in the night, too, just as bright. Venus is the most reported ufo sighting! I think because it's just so huge. I remember being dumbfounded the first time I'd seen it as a teen. I'm pretty sure Venus is the brightest thing in the sky aside to the sun and moon.

I saw one of those orbs, two weeks ago in Buckeye, AZ and it was following a rescue helicopter, but It wasn’t moving in a STRAIGHT line, like the copter was.

I saw this too my husband took a picture it was just a light we looked at it with binoculars and it was shaped like a triangle. It disappeared then re appeared again then it changed to red in color and I looked again and now it was circular and it looked like a red moon. This is not normal let’s see what bs the media says now!!!!

I just saw this exact same thing a year later. It got orange as the sun set, then just disappeared. Same shape and everything. Definitely not a star. Nor is it the moon like some people for some reason said in this thread.

Hi this is going to sound crazy but my daughter and I actually saw a "sphere" jus above the houses where we live. We were coming home at night and before I turned on our street I saw it moved and stopped. It was was FLOATING in mid air and translucent with blue lights around it. At first I thought it was a drone but it made NO SOUND. It stopped jus above the corner house (like it saw me) and zoomed off in front of me into the other neighborhood. I went after it but I couldn't see it. My daughter did and said it stopped again then flew off up in the sky and it was gone. 2 weeks later my daughter was outside at night in front of our house and saw it again but this time it came towards her stopped then shot off going North in a split second. It was a round sphere, it made no sound and yet it was moving in mid air. This happened in McKinney, Texas last year when all the planes were grounded bc of COVID. The time we saw this thing there wasn't a single plane in the sky. This was definitely NOT a weather balloon nor a drone of some sort. Oh and both times it was to late to process to get the phone out and take a picture (Uugh). This is no lie it actually happened.

I saw that too. I thought it was a plane Faraway, then I realized it wasn't moving or becoming bigger as it came closer.

It was a weather balloon. Got out the binoculars and you could clearly see the shape. But it reflected the sunset very stunningly

When it appeared so early in the evening I thought it was a planet and not a star. Guess we'll never know🌙👽

If you listen with earbuds and listen to the part just past when the cartoon says "likes to swim" you'll be able to hear a certain type of sound. I have the same video with the same sound. It sounds like tones that go up and down. Pretty neat!

Saw this as well. A man next to me in a parking lot had a pair of binoculars so we looked & it was no more than a silver weather balloon 🎈

Some people don't know it's a weather balloon. I live near Arizona and have never seen one. I wouldn't think it was a UFO just a strange object!👀👽👽🎈

Unless Jessie Ventura shows up at your door in a dark suit telling you that you saw the planet Venus it's probably a weather balloon.

Looks like the moon, which Arizona has a shadow off most of the day. Idk 🤷🏾‍♂️ js
