-224g chicken breast (flatten)
-Random amount of egg beater wash
-28g panko seasoned Romano breadcrumbs
-20g grated Parmesan
-2g baking powder

Air fry at 400 degrees for 12-15mins.
Perfection!

ALSO. Easy air fryer hack for those who don't have one.
A baking pan, put on of those grates that have tiny legs. They sit off of the baking pan by about an inch to half inch. It allows air under and grease drips off.
Works as a laymen air fryer and costs a couple bucks.

Made these tonight for dinner for the family but also added some everything bagel seasoning to half of it. It was way yummy! Dipped in mustard and home made fat free Greek yogurt ranch and some home made sweet potato fries. This was an amazing recipe.
Remington blew my mind two weeks ago when I watched his first video about starting the anabolic diet. I’m already down 10 lbs and feel like I’ve found the most sustainable way of eating ever. Loving these recipes. Thanks Remington!

Down 15 pounds in the past month, not ALWAYS making your recipes but I am always watching my overall calories each day and making sure most of those calories come from protein.

If you want to cut back on the carbs a little, make panko crumbs from some crushed plain pork skins, a little Italian seasoning, and some parmesan cheese.

Use blended up TVP and spices instead of bread crumbs as a breading. Adds a bunch of protein, less carbs than panko and 0 fat.

Someone may have already mentioned this, but the cookbook says to use shredded mozzarella. I was wondering how we were making Parmesan crusted chicken without Parmesan. So I checked out the video and found out it is supposed to be Parmesan instead of mozzarella. I’ll be trying it out tonight.

TBH the anabar (PBJ) is really good, but the macros suck, its a glorified candy bar IMO.
