Mike, I like your honesty. 🙌🏻 I kinda wish I was just starting my transformation journey, so I could enter your challenge. But l’m now reaching my goal physique, not much to improve anymore. I’m 54 years old and it has taken me 5 years to lose 30 kilos and see my abs again, for the first time in 40 years. 😄

That filosophy off: the scale is your checking device for your engine is so powerfull. Instead off battle the nr. on the scale. Now I don't see it as my fear but as my tool. Thank you for all you do doc! Droped 47% to 32% now during 2 years and still going.❤

Today I turn 29 . And I ran into this video, even though I’ve Bering seeing your videos for a while now and they have helped me a lot . Specially the walking 10k steps a day every year I do my goal list like you did. This year my main is my health business second . Keep up the videos if it helped me it will help thousands.

I’m an 60 year old female teacher.still teaching full time. I’m now focusing on becoming me. Today is day 3. Very disappointed. Cut sugar, carbs, working out three days with weights. No move in weight, weighing in at 86:69. I’m trying to stay positive. I’m doing 20/4 fasting. Only water drinking and 3 cups of black coffee between 9-1 …, I’ll check in next week. 7 days July 26th. I feel low. But I’m recording everything. I started… I’m not giving up.

I wake up at 5am every day too. It was a life changer for me. I don’t ever put on an alarm now since I wake up so early naturally so I always sleep the amount I need. Best life change ever.
I also waited a long time to buy my first car to buy the right one, a Porsche 911 Turbo 🤩!
