In this video, we’re going to talk about fibromyalgia and a surprising finding.

In my experience, 9/10 cases of fibromyalgia come down to one problem: a congested gallbladder.

Your gallbladder is located under your right ribcage. When your gallbladder is congested, it puts pressure on your diaphragm. The phrenic nerve runs right through your diaphragm and travels up through to your right shoulder and up to your head and neck.

The muscles in your upper trap and neck contract and cause the vertebra to rotate. This pinches your nerves and causes pain. So if you tend to have pain on your right side, make sure you address a potential gallbladder issue first.

What can you do about this problem? You can massage your gallbladder for a couple of minutes by applying pressure to it. Try this daily until the pain goes away.

Many aches and pains, including headaches, are associated with the digestive system. You have a lot of nerves that travel through your abdomen and up to your head and neck.

Dr. Berg, can you do a update on Fibromyalgia? I don’t have a gallbladder. But Fibromyalgia had haunted me for 20 years. I’m hearing some things that they are close to helping sufferers more. Thanks.

Fibromyalgia is a neurological issue.
There has been recent studies that prove it.
Your pain signals are damaged. There is no cure but with physical therapy, acupuncture, changes in diet, etc you can improve your quality of life. Fibromyalgia patients tend to have low levels of vitamin D.
Certain foods, weather, too much activity flares up your pain.
I personally stay away from sugar the best that I can.
Tomato based foods flare up my pain and Chronic Fatigue.
You should keep a journal of the foods that you eat.
Cheese causes my Fibromyalgia to flare.
That’s why you’re in Chronic pain 24hrs a day. Plus Fibromyalgia
is accompanied by Chronic Fatigue and memory issues.
Having a good neurologist that deals and understands fibromyalgia is a blessing.
Fibromyalgia is debilitating.
My ligaments on my ankles are stretched out, so I have to wear ankle braces, I also have bulging discs on my neck, sciatic nerve issues, pinched nerves, rotator cuff surgery etc.
Again, Fibromyalgia is debilitating.
Prior to Fibromyalgia I was perfectly healthy with no pain at all.
I never had any issues with my spine, neck, ankles, stomach, fatigue and memory.
Don’t believe everything you hear.
Do your own research as well.
Join a Fibromyalgia support group.
Oh yeah, I don’t a gallbladder.
I believe what the doctor in video is saying.
It’s a way of ruling out Fibromyalgia.
I’m just talking about my own experience and what I’ve learned from my neurologist.
God bless you all.
I wish all the best.

I've learned that This is my life and I'm gonna just have to take the bad days with the good ones! 😢

It's a never ending cycle of pain for someone who does not want to take their medications. I'm still living in the hope that it leaves as it came. Having also started the menopause on top of my fibromyalgia, I feel Exasperation has set in . 🙏 thank you for sharing your knowledge. Listening from Ireland 🇮🇪 ❤ ☘

Since I've been eating louds of leefy greens and vegetables everyday for the last 3 months my head aches have completely dissapeard. I also have a ton more energy again just unbelievable how my body has reacted to this change in diet. The saying "You are what you eat" couldn't be more true.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was given a state disability for it. I was going through a bad time and couldn't sleep. At 5 ft 4 in I started to lose a lot of weight and couldn't eat much lost weight until I was under a hundred pounds the doctor told me that if I didn't start taking antidepressant I would be in the hospital in a week. I started the medication and in a few weeks I was Sleeping and after that no fibromyalgia either. When the doctor told me I was depressed I was surprised I said ask anyone who knows me they'll tell you I'm fine. He said I didn't have that kind of depression. No matter I am happy today. Love you Dr Berg

Iron anemia is what was causing my fibromyalgia-like symptoms. I had the figure this out on my own. Once I took an absorbable pill, my pain went away.

I recovered from decades of debilitating fibromyalgia using the self-help protocol in Lynne Farrow's book called "The Iodine Crisis - What you Don't Know About Iodine Can Wreck Your Life" - Tens of thousands of other people have also recovered from fibromyalgia and other "incurable" debilitating conditions, so definitely worth giving this self-help Protocol a go. ❤️

I don’t know anyone with fibromyalgia that only hurts on one side. Fibromyalgia isn’t just pain. There are so many other symptoms associated with it. I have found supplements that helped tremendously, and definitely lessoning stress is huge.

I do believe many diagnosed with fibromyalgia don’t have it. This might be something else to look at! Thanks Dr!

Everyone treats their fibromyalgia differently and everyone has different things that work for them. For me, I’ve found that THC and eating mostly plant based things take the pain away better than any pill.

This is really more about a condition that disguises itself as a specific type of pain that is called Fibromyalgia by some, but is not really Fibromyalgia. I have Fibromyalgia and it is a full-body condition. Lots of joint and muscular pain as well as pressure points of pain throughout the body.

I have been taking your advice to ease my gallbladder issues for several months now; thanks! However, my CFS / ME issues are not responding to this. As usual, though, good information - Cheers :)

I've been fighting fibromyalgia for years, and it's an all-over body pain every day. In fact, I'm currently flaring. I usually go through what we call fibro- flu. Running a fever of 103.7. This is on a regular basis for me. The pain is so terrible. It feels like a legend of demons ripping at my body. I've had my gallbladder checked several times, and it's perfectly normal. No issues. Also, fibromyalgia isn't a muscle issue. It stems from the central nervous system. Can it affect the muscles and joints? Absolutely - and usually that comes from "favoring, " which is walking or body movement while in pain. The body starts to condition itself while trying to accommodate from the fibromyalgia pain itself. Fibromyalgia, for me, is a living nightmare. My fibromyalgia began after two spinal surgeries, at least, it's the only thing that makes sense why and when it began. I've been on every pain med known to take for pain. Even the meds I take now barely takes the pain away. It only takes some of the edge off. My pain management doc is now talking about putting me on an internal pain pump because we have exhausted everything. I've procrastinated the pump because mentally, I'm not sure I'm ready to even take that step. Also, there are an incredible number of symptoms that come with fibromyalgia other than just the pain itself, which I've taken on while fighting this disease. There's a lot more to fibromyalgia than what seems to be a simple diagnosis. especially when doctors have not even figured out this disease. Every doctor in the past, before going to pain management, didn't even want to treat me - not even my rheumatologist. My second visit with my rheumatologist? He sent me to pain management. They do not want to treat what they do not understand. Interestingly enough, every fibro patient is different. Some have a more mild case and experience the occasional flare-up, while others experience debilitating bedridden ongoing pain. This disease has turned my life upside down. When I once was a very social person, I rarely get out of my house now.
