70 Day VR Fitness Challenge! The Beginning!

The 70 day fitness Challenge
Why 70 day? Why not the 50 day that we have seen great results from? Well, it's said that it takes 66 days to form a habit so I wanted to do something close to that, so that I can form a habit of leading a healthier more active lifestyle. But it didn't make sense to end the challenge on 66 days or 9 weeks and 3 days so I added the extra four to make 70.
What does the challenge consist of, the challenge consists of using the HTC Vive and games that get your heart rate up 5 days a weeks for an hour each day to increase my endurance and conditioning.
What equipment are you going to use? I will be using the vive and I'll be adding in a weighted vest after the first week of the challenge.
I will be doing a weekly video check-in on my channel with video of the weeks workouts as well as commentary about my progress, the challenges, that sort of things.
Why do this? I was inspired by Leppermessiah's 50 Day Challenge and a few days after I saw the post I was editing one of my videos and just couldn't stop looking at my gut as I was editing. That made me start thinking about the kind of lifestyle I'm living and the kind of lifestyle I want to be living and so I decided I was up for the challenge!
What are you going to do about sweat? I'll be using VRCovers Water Proof Cover to protect my vive from any sweat damage that might occur! If you want one their website is linked below

Week 1 Workout
10 minutes of audioshield for warmup
20 minutes Holopoint wave 40-50
20 minutes ultimate vr runner
10 Minutes of Space Pirate Trainer
