Here is an actual tip. If you look at an enderman don't turn away cuz if you keep eye contact they won't move and after about a couple minutes it will give up

If you stare at an enderman without looking away, it will actually freeze but you have to look directly at his eyes or it won’t work and the moment you look away he’s gonna chase you

If you continue to stare at them they'll eventually lose aggro and become passive again

You CAN Actually Heal Iron Golems. But It’s A Right Click With Iron.
