It actually saves my fingers. I have psoriatic arthritis that effect my nails. Without polish, my nails rip like halfway down my nailbed and then i get infections in my fingertips. Once i found builder gel, i have thr longest nails of my life and no more finger infections.

The truth is even if it was bad for your nails I’d still do it 😂. People act like your nails wont grow back. Also I love this guys sense of humor 😂
