Volvo s60 front subframe bushing removal and poly bushing install

This is me taking out the front subframe bushings to install poly bushings. The second video is me installing one of the poly busgings.

Use a drill bit to cut one spot of plastic edge. Then it is much easier to remove.

Thanks for the video. I think I can do this. only 15 mins per bushing at bad. I have been sitting on my subframe bushings plus the polyurethane insert for months now dreading the work. Now this looks manageable.

i got a new phone and the video is on the other one. but seriously the poly inserts just get hammered in. put chassis lube on tgem take a big rubber dead blow hammer or mallet and just wack then in lol

Just use a hole saw then cut the outer race out with an air saw. Honestly making like hard for yourself.
