Use a drill bit to cut one spot of plastic edge. Then it is much easier to remove.

Thanks for the video. I think I can do this. only 15 mins per bushing at bad. I have been sitting on my subframe bushings plus the polyurethane insert for months now dreading the work. Now this looks manageable.

i got a new phone and the video is on the other one. but seriously the poly inserts just get hammered in. put chassis lube on tgem take a big rubber dead blow hammer or mallet and just wack then in lol

would the method in this video work here? I have an 04 s60r and the drill method in this video seemed super simple.

Just use a hole saw then cut the outer race out with an air saw. Honestly making like hard for yourself.
