Removing a stubborn subframe bushing on the 2005 Volvo S60R.

This was the last one, other 3 came out easily. The car was a little too high for me to get good leverage with the air hammer to collaspe the bushing more.. I should of hammered a big screw driver around the casing and pryed on that to loosen it.. At any rate it came out and its all good. The others came out in one piece and it was like popping a cork when they shot out..

Solid Delrin bushings were installed in a following video.

You can get them out easily by drilling the plastic shell. You have to drill very close to the edge, ideally so the drill bit is scraping on the inside of the subframe hole. Then it cracks with the pressure of a large screwdriver. I know this comment is probably useless because you've done all of them and will never need to again, but I did all mine this way, while the car was parked on the street - no lift or anything. I broke only one drill bit, and it was worth the price. All you need is to get the car high enough to fit a drill under it.

You only drill three holes in the side of the bushings...then it pops out easily

Wow! You are literally torquing the subframe. Should have used the Peppermint technique with a 1/4” drill and a big screwdriver.
