When I saw that one 13 at the top I was really mixed up isn’t that a very very very high reading wine are usually 140 to 160 and I’m told that I have very high blood pressure right now. I am 76 trying to figure this out and I usually take about three readings but sometimes it’s after a walk but after I’ve calm down for about 10 minutes, is that OK? What are the average good readings for maybe me I’m 76

should we assume that: very high readings that were not properly taken need to be deleted so that averages will not be skewed? when multiple readings are taken at one sitting should we keep only the best readings? How important is it to have a low Diastolic reading? How to reconcile a swing from very high to very low readings in the same day?
