How madame Chisome, am lizy from Tanzania, I would like to ask u a question about how to measure the bust pan, cause l saw in one of your video, u were teaching about two different of A line skirts, and one of the skirt which is a panel skirt l remember you used bust pan measurement which u divided it into two, so what confused me to understand is what is exactly bust pan and how do l take measurement of it please help me to understand it
