Horrible mother that uses their child for attention to self. She literally nearly killed her all her life. Poisoning her, telling her she was sick so the thoughts in her head were never normal I’m healthy and happy thoughts. She literally didn’t know how normal was suppose to be. She was a victim and should not have been victimized again by our system of “justice”

Not sure if most people know this but i watched a very informative documentary about the whole situation and it actually said that when dde dee was cremated that her family was given dee dee's ashes and the family flushed them down the toilet..i was kinda disturbed hearing it😮.anyone else? Lol

I think it is pretty unfair that the media is turning her into a celebrity, while the guy that is in jail was innocent too. Asoergers people do not act by common sense, they go by fixations, like the one she helped creating. He should have got the same grace that she did. He just needed a good lawyer.

It should make people question how many of these tv movies added on things about this that weren't true. Does anyone actually believe she had 32 surgies for NO reason? Think about that, idk of ANY drs that'll give unnecessary surgeries without facts & evidence for it being needed.

I think she should had gotten only 5yrs. Because she tried to runaway but her mom had documentation from her lying that cops took her back she tried to get free without killing her mom.

She was 19 years old. She could have wrote her mother a note told her she was leaving and walked out of her house, met her bf at the train station and left for good. Her mother would have never found her. She is an adult so the police have no right to take her back to her mother’s home. She did not need to kill her mother. The fact that she went to the most extreme lengths is disturbing af, period.
