I’ve made countless recipes of yours and they all have a special place in my heart. However.. this one truly is the best thing I’ve ever made. I was literally thinking about the perfect blend of the Smokey chicken, the toum, the tomato and hot pepper paste and the acidity of the pickles (I also added onions and some sumac) - I dream of this shawarma. I will make this at least once a week ♥️

Shawarma comes from "çevirme". It's similar to Turkish "Döner" and it's history goes to Ottoman Empire. Culture is very contagious. İf some people lived together for centuries, the similarities in the culture is natural. We all brothers, we all friends ❤
