Shawarma as a wrap is my favorite way to eat it. Don’t get me wrong… my family is Palestinian and the traditional shawarma sandwich on khubuz is amazing. But, ever since I tried it as a wrap I’ve never had a better shawarma!!
If anyone is ever in Chicago, make your way to the suburbs of Bridgeview. There is a restaurant called The Nile and they make an amazing shawarma wrap with pickled vegetables!!
