I began following this channel after learning several months ago that I have lumbar arthritis. These videos along with my PT have been instrumental in regaining flexibility and mobility. I have a sense of clam now, and I feel physically much better than when I started. In fact, I rarely use pain medication anymore! Thank

I'm so grateful to have found your channel. I was dealing with increasingly strong pains all over my body but especially in my lower back, following a slipped disc a few years ago.
I don't like exercising and many types of exercise actually end up hurting me.
I so appreciate your calming and easy voice guiding what to me are easy to do movements.
And the best thing is that for the first time in a while, I'm experiencing less and less pain!
Thank you for your relaxed ways - I think this is what helps me the most 🙏🏼

Hello! I do these routines every morning for chronic pain and they always help - but this one in particular - I have really intense menstrual cramps which lead to getting a diagnosis, I usually don't think of Tai Chi as helping wit those - this routine really did though, you should consider reuploading it with 'for cramps' branding and I think a lot of people would appreciate the benefits of it.
