Your pee should be light yellow. If it's colourless, back off the water (unless you just drank lots of caffeine or alcohol), if it's dark yellow, drink more. If you seem to completely lack stimulus for thirst, try getting more zinc ...

Fasting as well has dry fasting has improved my overall health tremendously. How the science was explained to me is especially when you body is in a state of ketosis and your body starts breaking down fat cells it is also using not only the fat as energy but you body uses the water released in the process as well. I only do this things intermittently though.

yes! in traditional chinese medical theory, some people won't "digest"(運化) water properly if over-consuming water. the best solution for these people is to be more active thus using the water, drink "good water"津液 like white fungus soup and soaked chia seeds, and only sip on your water when you're thirsty.

I realised this over the last year the more I was drinking, the more I seem to be dehydrated and continuously thirsting for more water, it was never enough…Salt is important for a lot of important body functions too much water dilutes your sodium levels and your acid levels in stomach putting your digestive health at further risk for which your given Antacids to further reduce your acid levels rendering your gut useless…I’ve always believed in balance in everything so afew months ago decided to listen to my body’…I make sure to have a glass as soon as I wake up, a half a glass 15/20 mins before lunch, a glass about an hour after lunch, half a glass 15/20 mins before dinner and a glass an hour after dinner…A glass before sleep and a glass around dawn…Where I was told to drink between 2.5 litres and 3 litres a day I’m now drinking 6/7 glasses over 24 hours…I feel satiated, hydrated and my gut seems to be functioning better…🙏🏽🌸

Until the soda company started selling bottled water, we never heard a word about drinking more water. That wasn't in the narrative at all. Interesting how that works

I need more water in a day if I’m relying on tea, fruits for hydration. I don’t need as much water if that is all I’m drinking. But it has to be plain water . I get a migraine as soon as I cross the line into dehydration

My urologist said the same, just drink when you're thirsty, there is no need to force yourself to drink! My nutritionist recommended distilled water in glass so we just got a water distiller and it works great! And yay for a pinch of salt! Happy you're feeling so great! 🎉

Last 3 years I have been drinking about 2, 5 litres a day - I have been suffering from imbalance of the neutrons due to that, my concentration level’s dropped and I had kidney issues.

I stopped drinking a lot of water, now I only drink when am thirsty and my condition has dramatically improved.

I didn’t know I was doing something good and thanks for confirming this for me.❤

I go to the mountain and get it from the spring. It has natural minerals.
Dr Billy Bush says that too about water.
I always add salt to my water a grain of Celtic salt under the tongue.
Drinking tons of water wipes all your minerals out .

I do this naturally so that makes sense, I always wondered how I stay so healthy and skin always glowing when I don’t drink a crazy amount of water. I don’t not drink water either, I just do when I’m thirsty
