Basically if you’ve spent more than an hour trying to figure this out, understand all your editing and nesting has corrupted the sequence. Start a new sequence, drop everything in there and save yourself 4 hours.

Guys another reason could be the Mix section of the timeline, make sure it is not on - infinity. I set it back to 0.0 and now I got sound again. Lock it to be safe and no freak outs.
