NO SOUND In Premiere CC 2018 - Fixed QUICKLY - Thanks GOD - premiere not importing audio

I have a big problem that my Adobe Premiere cc 2018, NO in Timeline. AND I FIXED.
And I will show you two easy steps to fix it.
The reason is that Adobe Creative Cloud has moved to native Operating System (OS) support for Dolby Digital decoding (reading Dolby files) and is no longer providing support for encoding (writing) Dolby Digital. update OS to Win 8 or 10

Adobe forums could not fix this issue. One YouTube video later, my project is fixed and sound is working. THANKS, DUDE, YOU ROCK!

How do I find SOURCE PATCHING in CS6 ?
Has anyone had any luck with CS6?
I did all the methods, but the SOURCE PATCHING (at the end) is not on the timeline in CS6.
