We are glowing up in 2024! Here is my ultimate summer glow up guide to help you look and feel your BEST!

Chicken recipe:
1. Cut 1/2 onion, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1 jalepeno
2. Cut 1 lb of chicken, season with olive oil and chicken rub.
3. In a pot with olive oil, sautee onion & peppers for about 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add chicken to pot and sear for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add about 1/4 cup of chicken broth to pot.
6. Add two tablespoons of tomato paste (I substituted with Italian Bomba paste from Trader Joe’s).
7. Add additional seasoning (optional step).
8. Cover pot until chicken broth reduces.

As a lash artist (also in her financial girl era) I highly SUPPORT your cut back on lash extensions. It's expensive and I don't hide that from my clients. Sure I may not see my clients as often, but I would much rather celebrate them saving money! Lash lifts are always in the conversation buuut it's whatever works for their schedule and budget. Do you think you would ever give up nails? It takes a bit of courage. I stopped getting my nails done and just use a nail strenghtner with clear polish and file them in an almond shape to achieve a French look. Trust me girl, this will also help you save your mula!

Yes! I`m married for 14 years now, and i feel like decentering him, make me more atractive to me as a person, and for him. Self Love is ALWAYS my priority but i just learned this after 10 years of marriage.

My biggest issue is snacking. I measure and track my snacks because it WILL throw me overboard. I love texture and salt. So crunchy and salty is a must always. I feel like I cannot control it lol

I am in currently in the phase of doing things for myself outside of my partner. You are absolutely right about loosing yourself in a relationship, my partner would always say that I had to make myself happy first and that he’s just supposed to add to it but I found it hard not to make decisions based on both of us or surround my time, routine, and activities based on when he worked and was off. I am not starting to think “What would I do if I were single” (but also saying Lord I don’t want to be single, I’m just trying to think for myself lol), but I started to notice that I was unhappy in the way I was doing things such as wanting to wake up early but didn’t want to disturb him or like you said, eat early, to go to bed early, but wouldn’t in order to eat with him and stay up with him but I am starting to base the things I do around that and, like you said, not put him at the center of things. Thank so much for your videos! You are so inspirational! 💗
