These are by far some of the best blender tutorials on YouTube. I know that it's nice to have someone explain things to you by mouth, but I find it so much more effective to just show me what to press so that I can use them whenever I get lost, without having to sit through a 30 minute long video

I feel like we're at the age of technology where animations are hell of alot easier than it was 20 years ago. It's just that people have lost their passion for making a meaningful game/films. I'd spend 5 to 10 years making a game or movie I'm passionate about and wouldn't care if I'd make millions just hoping that it's a fun game and it's exactly how I envisioned the movie to be.

Actually you could use the cloth brush with enabled collision. That way you can also create folds

Yeah, always did this with capes and flowing stuff. Pinning it to specific verts also helps A LOT
