SELECTING
Choose peppers that are glossy and vivid in color. For easier chopping, look for peppers with straight edges.

STORAGE
Refrigerate in a plastic bag, keeping away from moisture. Shelf life is 5-7 days.

Freeze chopped or sliced bell peppers in a freezer bag for up to 8 months. All seeds and membrane must be removed before freezing.

How did life exist before YouTube? Thank you very much! I spent 2 hours today chopping vegetables and not only did I waste time, but i wasted money. i bought a $40 food processor at a local chain grocery stor called Publix and it said it could chop, emulsify, puree and grind. There were only two buttons on it, chop and grind, and they should've said forward and reverse. First i tried cucumbers on chop and I got cucumber soup. then I tried bell pepper and got bell pepper soup. These bell peppers were $5 a piece! I sliced everything else by hand and the thing is I shouldn't be handling sharp objects because I have a degenerative neurological disorder and my brain is slowly losing control of my body so my arms and legs twitch randomly. I should've checked YouTube first.

Why on earth did you toss the top and bottom of the pepper??? (the stem, yes, but there was a lot of bell pepper there to be used and you just tossed it away.
