Wow. SO sorry for this man. I had what was dx as an autoimmune hepatitis episode in summer of 2022. My AST AND ALT shot way up and felt off for three months. Was dx in Boston. I did the autoimmune protocol diet and immediately lost 20 pounds. I have been vegan and no wheat or dairy. I have not had an episode since. I live in fear of this coming back. It all started when I went through menopause. ❤

was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis 5 months ago. I am 35 years old and mother of a 6 year old girl. This illness has simply taken away all hope from me.
