It’s more than that, they are justifying their own beliefs by chastising hand picked things that they don’t fully understand. It’s ok- one day in their life, during a panic, even if it’s at their death bed, trust me they WILL be looking for Jesus and guess what if they can just accept him they will be saved too. What a waste of time & energy
