Trying to explain SET (Set Equivalence Theory)

This video is an attempt to explain SET (Set Equivalence Theory), and what 'Phistomefel's Ring' or 'Aad's Theorem' mean.

Feel free to ask questions in the comments below. I'll try to clarify any confusion as best I can, but SET tends to make people's heads hurt. :)

this just blew my mind and i've solved relatively hard puzzles for 10+ years. very cool to see just how much complex ideas there are to learn about such a seemingly simple game.

You should do more videos like this for other techniques. It would save you a lot of time when you are solving puzzles on this channel. Mark and Simon should do the same for CTC.

Hey Scott, I enjoy your videos and appreciate this one explaining set so clearly. Do you know of any link or video or article etc that has every possible variant of set? I understand that many of them wouldn’t be useful, I’m curious to know what other “shapes” can be made.

A concrete example would shed some more light to the explanation, although it was really clear. Thanks for the video!
