Just found your videos...I am halfway through a discrete math semester and my teacher absolutely sucks at explaining this...I am thankful for your videos...I am going to bulldoze through all of your videos in 2 days and get myself up to speed on what the hell is going on in my class

Hello all, just visiting from the other side of this series, just finished it. It is in depth, easy to follow and will prepare you for everything in DM 1 as long as you take the time to really absorb it AND take the midterms he provides. Some of the videos have mistakes, if something seems off, 90% of time there is a correction for it in the comments, just go look for it. Good luck to all of you!

Coming off of my junior mechanical engineering semester. I was barely able to pass my classes, so this is the start of my journey in going back to the basics to discover where I’ve gone wrong. Wish me luck, and best of luck to all of you going on your own journeys!

Dude, I'm here to THANK YOU! I'm just horrible at math, I watched all your videos, and I did all the exercises during my vacations, and I passed on discrete math exam, with a shitty grade but I don't care, your videos help me a lot!!

Congratulations on class!

I am a Mathematics teacher in Brazil, I came to Youtube to attend math classes in English to improve my English proficiency.

Very objective and concise classes.

More students should attend their classes.

However, I would like to make one observation: the curricular structure of the Discrete Mathematics course is slightly different from here.

In addition, excellent class!

As an aspiring data scientist, I have spent nearly 4 hours using two different discrete mathematics courses on Coursera, yet I learned and understood more in this 16 minute video than in my previous 4 hours. Great job! Keep it up!

When this guy explains it, it seems so easy. When the professor from overseas explains it... Well lets just say thats why all my friends gave up computer science as a major.

I did this stuff back in high school and now out of interest I decided to do search for set theory and its making so much sense. You are really good at explaining things.

In your 16 minute video(which I watched at 2x speed), you covered everything my professor did and a lot more in 2 50 minutes lectures
