During the Merry Men fight, you can see that Shrek doesn’t have an arrow in his backside, but it simply appears there later for comedic purposes.

Dragon’s neck chain isn’t there when Donkey summons her, but when they need a way to climb up, it appears.

Shrek gets the deed to his swamp after Farquad arrives to pick up Fiona, but when Shrek goes to leave, the deed is just gone.

The corner of the sign Shrek is painting for his swamp is missing at first, but the next shot shows the opposite corner is actually missing.

Donkey passes out after seeing the arrow in Shrek’s butt, and leaves fly up, but in the wider shot, there are no leaves.
