how i use my Apple Watch Ultra - 2 years later.

I’ve been using the Apple Watch Ultra (1st and 2nd gen) as my main smartwatch for the past two years exclusively. As I’ve slowly gotten my life together health and organization wise, it’s become a device that I make use of and need everyday! In this video, I briefly “review” the product but then get more into how I use the thing on a daily basis in order to help you decide if buying one of these, particularly the upcoming Apple Watch Ultra 3 (which will probably already be released by the time you’re watching this video haha).

Even as a 5’ 3” woman, I absolutely love mine. Finally upgraded from the 7 to an Ultra 2 and over the moon with it. I’ve been used to a Garmin Fenix so the size is much the same but the display and fun factor are so much better. Getting 2 whole days with 18% left even after using gps for a run and four walks.

I’m less the athlete than you are and also felt this watch was not for me when the first Ultra was announced. However, I decided that the bright screen that I could read in bright sunlight on my daily 2.25mile walk and the battery that lasts me every hour that I wear it (I charge it overnight). I also like the much larger screen and have 8 complications on my watch face. As a hearing aide wearer, that is one connectivity I would like to have. It is likely too difficult to accomplish, but it would be nice.

I love the ultra. I bought the new Series 10, assuming I would love having the same sized screen as the ultra with less bulk and that I would sell the Ultra. Well no, I have returned the Series 10. It felt too thin on my wrist and the whole design is too rounded after the fabulous flat screen of the ultra. I might be persuaded to swap it for the black version, but otherwise the ultra is a keeper. And I'm a 5'8" man with average to small wrists.
