Hey Vince I would like to add one more thing to this.

Instead of pressing shift option command V you can go to system settings, keyboard, keyboard, shortcuts, app shortcuts and then add a much easier shortcut for paste and match style for all apps like shift command, V.

If you're using microsoft word:
- Just right click or double tap on your trackpad (depending on your trackpad setting),
- click Paste Special,
- select Unformatted Text

Tip : use the right command and option with your right hand and with your left hand just press shift and V !

Or paste it, select it, right click - remove style

Or use the clipboard icon on word and match designation formatting, or just set that as default through word and cmd v will match whatever you like in word

Normally, if I paste text, I change the assignment of the FN key to the Command key just once, and do not break my fingers like you do
