Camouflaging military installations that are invisible and placed in or “next to” time.

In my last book I reported on objects, installations and bunkers that are displaced in time or next to time. This was reported to me by a private researcher who was looking for certain underground installation, systems in a certain area but could not find them. He noticed that certain “energy bubbles” could be detected in such an area, but nothing unusual could be seen in the „Normal Space“, but ordinary vegetation, trees, grass ect. At one point, the researcher noticed that a power line appeared to be tapped leading into one of the "energy bubbles."
There are said to be several camouflaged objects that are hidden from the public through camouflage, shifting in time. This could well have been the case for several decades and is currently practiced. This also applies to certain antenna, broadcasting systems on public buildings, which are made invisible from prying eyes.

We have the knowledge to "warp" space/time, but the energy to do so, on a craft scale, has not been admitted to. Warp bubbles and gravity waves = a very fast, transmedium, propulsion type.

All solid matter is made of electrons and protons.

In order to have antigravity we need to use an Æther model.

Gravitational effects and inertia are virtually indistinguishable from an observer standpoint as pointed out by Albert Einstein's thought experiment about a man in an elevator accelerating upward at 9.8 meters per second. We don't need to try to modify gravity we need to learn how to modify inertia like the UAP/UFOs seem to do. The remarkable thing about their flight characteristics is not that they defy gravity, it is their ability to circumvent the effects of inertia, enduring insane G forces making 90 degree turns or stopping virtually instantly when traveling at high mach numbers. Also their ability to not affect the local environment as there are no sonic booms or trails of plasma evident in their passing. I have never understood the attempt to modify gravity when it seems to me that what we observe is the creation of inertia due to curvature of space/time. Since we still do not fully understand how mass itself is created even with our discovery of the Higgs boson maybe that is where we need to start looking for answers ie altering mass to affect inertia or something along those lines. Prof. Simon, I had a thought a while back regarding this exact concept that I posed on another YouTube video page about a month or so ago. Basically I reasoned that if gravity was caused by the difference in time between your feet and head, with your feet, being closer to the Earth's center of mass by 1sec/100 million years, then if I could wear a time altering pair of shoes, or stand on a plate that could alter time by as little as 1 sec/100 million years, I could effectively become gravity neutral with respect to the Earth. Does that make sense? And furthermore, if I could alter time by an even greater amount then that, I could effectively repell myself against the gravity of Earth. Not merely become gravity neutral but become antigravitic with respect to Earth's gravity. And I know that there are scientists working on time alteration by creating Lazar vortex spinning to bend space-time. Perhaps this would be our first step towards antigravity in that once a body is gravity neutral, the thrust necessary to become airborne would be very small. Whether this is energy efficient or not depends upon the amount of energy required to alter time by as little as 1 sec/100 million years. But I thought that you might enjoy thinking about this concept given your topic in this video.

The reason I ask is, if there is a weak bond between atoms perhaps a charge differential as electrons jump between atoms this is where I feel gravity could be coming from.

If space is capable of curving, it could potentially be stretched inward or outward. I'm curious if such a property could simulate a negative curvature in space, resulting in a repulsive gravitational force counteracting Earth's gravity. In this scenario, instead of falling towards Earth, an object might fall upward, if space expands, it can also be contracted, this affect is proven by Doppler effect.
