Here’s a preview of the week. Of course, you can swap rest days around or take more rest days as needed:
MONDAY: Full Body
TUESDAY: Upper Body
WEDNESDAY: Lower Body
THURSDAY: Cardio and Core
FRIDAY: Full Body
SATURDAY: Rest Day
SUNDAY: Rest Day
