wow! this is the best ever split tutorial, its work for me. The easy way to do split is you must warm up your body, at least get some sweat before you do.

First time being in the advance splits and holy moly you do not play! That roll in is hard. Still need to work on my left splits though 🥴 Thank you again 🙌🏼💜

Hello Alessia! I have a strange issue and I thought that maybe you could give me some advice.
I have been able to do front splits for a little while, and I can even follow along to your advanced front splits video.
My problem is that whenever I do a front splits session, It takes my hamstrings 2 or sometimes 3 days to recover from soreness.
And yet during a successful session, when my hamstrings are recovered and warmed up, they feel loose and flexible.
Is it always like that? does the soreness eventually go away? this has been happening for quite some time. Should I maybe back off on the splits depth and work back up to it? I am at a loss.

Hey.. Alessia I would like to ask something. 3-4 months ago I did splits in a hurry and I had a strong pain in my hip for the next 1 month. I still have pain when I do these exercises and do splits. Do you have any advice because I do not want to loose my flexibility.

I have never been able to do a split. It looks like it requires more hamstring and hip flexor flexibility than anything else?
