Hey Isaiah! Im 13 and im in a strength phase rn. My max half squat is 300 and my max power clean is 155. Should i stay in the strength phase or just go to a plyo or power phase?

I’m the next video can you do a why some people can jump high but can trick dunk ? Cause I’m literally at a cool 47 max and I can’t do Lmaoo and I actually have good coordination I’m leaning towards don’t have enough repetitions what do you think sifu😂❤

I have a goal to train plyo twice a week and want to make these my core workouts. If I am a 2 foot jumper but want to be able to do both should I alternate between 1 foot and 2 foot focus? Or just stick with 2?
