Climate Change Activists Block Private Jets At Dutch Airport Ahead Of COP27 Summit in Egypt

More than 100 climate activists were arrested after they occupied an apron for private jets at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport in the Netherlands.
Environmental group Greenpeace, which had organised the protest along with Extinction Rebellion, said Schiphol was biggest source of carbon dioxide emissions in the country.

We actually need carbon dioxide in the atmosphere so the plants can breathe. Also don’t disrupt air traffic, the other planes still need to land! The people that do these things have nothing better to do and I’m okay with them getting arrested because that WAS absolutely dangerous for the planes still in the air.
