How to fix The procedure entry point SetProcessMitigationPolicy could not be located

After updating my Google Chrome Browser I got this error and it couldn't be fixed whenever I tried to launch it even if I tried to update it manually it would give me a pop up that I have the latest version of google chrome installed already.
In this simple and easy educational video I will show you how to fix it on your windows laptop or desktop computer.
