I did the sfs /scannow and for some reason the detail i receive is :
You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfs utility.

How do i fix that?

Sir, I downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2015. But when i downloaded it, it appear's setup failed. I already download all the latest supported Microsoft visual's, The Microsoft Visual 2015 error appeared to be 0x80240017 (Unspecified error). Do u know how to fix this sir? My bit is 64 and im on windows 7. And is it important to have a Microsoft Visual 2015?
