guys its pretty simple, just disable your anti virus because it sees your steeam.app dll and other files as a virus or threat, so disable it before you download a crack game or anything like that, then after you install your program, if your using windows 10 make an exception for the file or folder you have your installation files in. Then bam! The game or what ever your installing will work. For non windows 10 users just disable anti virus, windows defender etc. and download your program or game crack, most of the time this issue happens with game cracks because of the cracked configure files.
